Yes, a signed “Acknowledgment of Risk” form related to COVID-19 is required for every camper. We follow all PA Department of Health and CDC guidelines.  Our goal is to run the camp as safely as possible and to prevent transmission of COVID-19. We require families to recognize and be aware of the risks involved.  The signed form serves as an acknowledgment.
