This 4 inch screw on cap is the replacement to fit on a Wide Neck Wine Fermenter, with a 4" diameter thread.
This cap does not come with a valve. Instead, it has an 28mm diameter hole, designed for a rubber bung. Fit a bored bung and airlock when fermenting or use a solid bung for short term storage. If you are looking to store a beer or wine in your wide neck fermenter, then we recommend using the 4" Plain Cap for Wide Neck Fermenter.
