Use Aquarium Pond Planet Silver Sand to create a natural and realistic underwater world, that is especially suited to plants. Silver Sand has a very fine, silky texture with a grain size of 100µ to 300µ, which looks stunning when used as the base substrate of any freshwater aquarium.
This sand is inert, meaning it will not adversely affect the pH or water chemistry of your aquarium and it has been pre-washed to remove any unwanted contaminants. Dye and dust free, it can be used straight from the bag, although we do recommend a thorough rinse before use.
Pond Planet Aquarium Silver Sand is available in two different sized bags, 5kg and 20kg.
