Your grains, your way!

To ensure you receive your grains exactly how you want them, please specify your preferences in the notes section on the cart page before checkout. Choose from the following packaging options:

1. Packaged all together unmilled
2. Packaged all together milled
3. Packaged separately unmilled

For milled orders, we use a spike mill with standard gap sizes of .05-.06 for traditional false bottom setups and .03-.04 for Brew in a Bag (BIAB). If you have specific gap setting requests, please include them in your notes.

Note: Orders without pre-checkout notations will be shipped packaged separately and unmilled.

Torrified wheat is a pre-gelatinized unmalted brewers wheat that can be used as a cereal grain/adjunct in the mash, and can replace malted wheat if you desire. Increases body and head retention, as well as adding a very slight toasted flavor. We recommend using Rice Hulls with this grain to avoid a stuck mash.
