The Celestron SkyMaster Pro ED 20x80 Binocular is an upgraded version with ED (Extra-low Dispersion) 80mm objective lenses which provide images with greatly reduced chromatic aberration for improved contrast, color, and sharpness. The optical path features fully multi-coated lenses and BaK-4 prisms all coated with XLT coatings to increase light transmission. The SkyMaster Pro ED's eyepieces are threaded to accept standard 1.25" astronomical eyepiece filters, which can enhance various details or reduce light pollution effects. A Porro prism design has widely-spaced objective lenses to enhance the 3-D view. Padded, twist-up eyecups and large eye relief make the SkyMaster Pro 20x80 ED easy to use for eyeglass wearers and non eyeglass wearers alike. The solid eyecups make it easy to attach a smart phone adapter for recording your observations. The rubber-armored body includes a built-in tripod mount.
