This Corn Whiskey Mash kit contains all the ingredients needed, except spring water, to make a 5-gallon mash of traditional corn whiskey. Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla and maple syrup, as well as white sugar and cotton candy, can be pulled through. Sweetness can be offset through maturing in oak barrels.
