The KIHD Basic Plus Twig Stove is built for use where wood is readily available and open fires are appropriate, letting you leave fuel canisters out of the equation entirely. The 18-gauge cold rolled steel panels lock together with a unique interlocking mechanism and the low square design directs heat straight up toward your cookware rather than letting it escape sideways. A removable access door gives you control over airflow and makes feeding the fire mid-cook easy. An included set of cross straps means you can also run gel or ethanol pods when fire restrictions are in place, giving you a backup option when conditions call for it.
Versatile enough to work with pots, a percolator, or a frying pan, it handles a full camp kitchen setup without complaint. At 640g and packing down to 11 x 11 x 12cm, it fits neatly into the included carrying case and takes up a predictable footprint in your pack. Designed and made in Canada.
