This decorative wall plate captures the rugged beauty of a lunar landscape, with its textured surface resembling the moon's craters and valleys. The material used for its creation - paper - is being destroyed, broken into tiny pieces, which, in hot temperature again links into a new, completely different entity. "Paper" can be later shaped in many different ways and in its final form brings an association with nature, its source.
Material
Handcrafted from pulped newspapers, water based, cellulosic glue and earth pigments or acrylic paint. All these components, as well as the process of plate formation, are environmentally friendly and ecologic. Moreover the paper mache decorative plate for the wall is very lightweight and durable.
